**PLEASE NOTE WE ARE CURRENTLY ACCEPTING APPOINTMENTS & WALK INS MONDAY-FRIDAY**
Please simply fill out the options below to book your repair and get your appointment started. The time of appointment will be for the time of drop off. You will receive an email or phone call to confirm. Each device will be sanitized, brought to our office for repair, and ready in a short few hours later.
Access to our office is now re-opened. You can come up to Office 201 when you arrive, we have a limit of 1 customer at a time in our office so we ask you to please wait in the hallway until we are finished with the customer in our office.

**Please note the passcode option on the form is “required” for the form to be submitted successfully. If you can’t provide the passcode, don’t have one, or don’t wish to, simply type “none” in the passcode box.
- Please give us the device only (no accessories or cases)
- If you are able to, please help us by sanitizing your device using sanitizing wipes before handing them to us.
- Provide a contact number (if your device is not working please provide an alternate number that we can reach you at if possible)
- We also offer Tempered Glass screen protectors for $15 (Reg. $20) to any repair and Clearplex Protection film for $29 (reg. $39) for all smartphones
